is essential to ensure our health. Eating the right type of food with the right

to maintain a well-balanced diet. Also, consuming ample fruits and vegetables

systems which later will prevent us from getting sick. Therefore, it is

that we can practise are cycling, swimming, playing badminton etc. By

detrimental smoking habit. Smoking is an indubitable foe of longevity. If we
want to live long and healthy lives, it is pivotal to make sure we are not
amongst the smokers. To elucidate, smoking catalyses heart diseases,
osteoporosis, emphysema, chronic lung problems, and many more. The worst part
is, smoking has been proven to be cancerous, that can cause fatality. Also,
smoking makes breathing during exercising much harder and thus can make
activity less enticing. Smoking appears to compromise memories too. These are
the absolute reason why we should never smoke. But, if you are already a
smoker, do not be dejected as it is not too late to stop this jeopardising
habit. This is because plenty of researches suggest that people who quit
smoking can repair some, if not all, of the damage done. After a smoker quits,
the risk of heart disease begins to drop within a few months, and in five
years, it matches that of someone who never smoke. Though it is hard to quit,
